MSc Leadership and Human Resource Management*

The way people work is changing rapidly, and our Master’s course in Leadership and Human Resource Management is designed to allow you to prepare, or progress, your career in management or business-related HR management. Our practically focused modules will provide you with a depth of knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management while also maintaining a strong focus on your employability, and ensuring you develop the key transferable skills that are desired by many employers.

MSc Leadership and Human Resource Management

This business Master’s course will provide you with the in depth, specialist knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of international human resource management required for a successful career in today’s modern and dynamic work environment. This program is developed with an emphasis on meeting industry development needs and is accredited with a professionally-recognised Chartered Management Institute qualification, meaning upon graduation you will have the option to apply for a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership as well as your degree.

Your learning experience is important to us, and that’s why this course is designed with a practical focus. You will learn from experienced business professionals in workshop-style classes to ensure you can benefit from greater interaction with your lecturer.

All learning is as interactive and realistic as possible, you’ll apply theoretical concepts and human resource management models to real life case studies.
