MA Law (Conversion) Online
Our MA Law (Conversion) Online is designed for non-law graduates who want to gain a legal qualification at Master’s level. We’ve designed the course to provide you with practical legal skills like analysis and critical evaluation, alongside a range of broader transferable skills such as research and presentation skills, all delivered online by qualified lawyers.
We offer full-time and part-time options, so you can choose a study mode to suit your lifestyle and career plans. Plus, our online programme will save you the time and money on commuting to and from campus and allow you to study anywhere, across devices, however you can be reassured that the course won’t be compromised on quality or be less demanding than our on campus courses.
On completion of the course you will be awarded with a Master’s degree, but you will also be suitably qualified to progress your studies to become a solicitor or barrister in the UK. By studying with ULaw you will benefit from our excellent employment and pupillage rates.

Progression for full-time PgDL and MA Law (Conversion) students
Based on the projected end dates of our full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PgDL) and Master of Arts in Law (MA Law Conversion) courses, find out if you are eligible to commence our Bar Practice Course (BPC), LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) or SQE1 Preparation Course in January 2025.

Course Structure
The English Legal System & Constitutional Law (including EU Law) module requires 25 hours of pre-course study, through guided units with all materials provided online.
You don’t need to attend a campus for induction. Instead, you’ll be enrolled into an online induction module which will take you through necessary administrative requirements and provide you with guidance on how the programme works and additional support, such as our Employability Service.
