Students will learn to analyse the role of digital business models based on disruptive technologies, digital and social media marketing, digital transformation, digital governance, project management and Information Systems. Students will gain distinct digital entrepreneurship skills, giving them opportunities to start their own business or gain employment in a variety of industries.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

This Master’s degree is ideal for those interested in switching to or progressing within a digital sales management career.

COURSE CONTENT & STRUCTURE

Students will study for one year, which is divided into two semesters and the summer period for the dissertation. Students will study four modules, each worth 30 credits; and another module worth 60 credits, totalling 180 credits.

The course will cover the following core modules:

  • Digital Customer Relationship Management (30)
  • Data Driven Decision Making (30)
  • Digital Sales Leadership (30)
  • Research Methods, Professional Development and Dissertation / Project (60)

In addition to the core modules, students will also be required to select one additional module from the following:

ON CAMPUS STUDY

The programme is delivered in an interactive way with a real-world focus, preparing you for the dynamic business environment you will face after you graduate.
