This course is designed as a top up degree for international students who have an HND or equivalent qualification at Merit Level, and have an interest in developing knowledge of business management.

We have designed the course to have a strong focus on employability. Throughout your studies you will be provided with the intellectual building blocks required for a career in a rapidly changing work environment. We maintain a rigorous approach to self-awareness and personal development, helping you to progress in the areas that are most important to you and your ambitions. We also provide you with lots of exposure to the world of work and its current demands. Through work experience with professional bodies and employers, as well as giving you the chance to get involved in entrepreneurial activities, it’s our mission to make sure that you complete your course and feel empowered and confident in starting your career.

While studying this course you’ll have the opportunity to become a knowledgeable, competent and effective business manager and leader, able to sustain a successful career in business management. After graduating you’ll have a variety of business management careers available to you, including roles such as management consultant, business analyst or operations manager. If you would like to continue your studies after graduating, you could consider a postgraduate option such as a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or an MSc in Business Management.
