Ticket Information

All confirmed eligible Graduands will be sent an email explaining how to book their Graduand and guest tickets via the booking portal.

Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and places are subject to availability for both students and guests. Please note, tickets for both Graduands and guests may ‘sell out’ before the closure of ticket sales.

When booking tickets, please inform us of any access requirements. As all tickets are pre-allocated, if we are not aware of your or your guests’ requirements at the point of booking, we are unlikely to be able to accommodate your needs.

If you are unable to book online via the portal, please contact Graduation Attire via the live chat function, 01234 988880 or [email protected].

Tickets for graduating students are free-of-charge, however, you will need to confirm your attendance by booking your gown hire via the booking portal. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Guest tickets are priced as follows:

Adults: £25pp

Children (2-17 years) £10pp

Children under two can sit in the lap of an adult and therefore do not require a ticket. Should you wish to bring an infant carrier into the hall, please note you will need to book a child ticket to ensure a seat is allocated with the rest of your booking as these cannot be placed on the floor. Pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the hall, however can be left in the cloakroom free-of-charge.

Each Graduand will have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of two guest tickets in the first instance when the booking portal opens.

Additional tickets may become available to purchase at a later date on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets cannot be reserved and will not be released until the first ticketing window has closed. Students who have confirmed their attendance will receive an email notifying them of additional tickets if available.

E-tickets for Graduands and guests will be sent out during the week running up to the ceremonies. You will need to bring a digital or paper copy of your ticket to graduation, so your unique QR code can be scanned and you can be registered. Please note, as a graduating student, it is very important your Graduand ticket is checked in by the registration team on Level -1 as soon as you arrive. Otherwise, your name will not be called to cross the stage.

If you are unable to attend your official graduation date and would like to postpone your attendance and transfer to another ceremony, please click here and complete the 'graduation transfer request form'.

Subject to capacity and to the discretion of the Graduation Team, you will be added to the next graduation transfer list.

Please note, transfers will not automatically be actioned and any transfer request needs to be received within three months of the ceremony you were due to attend.

To request a refund or cancel your attendance to graduation, please contact Graduation Attire directly via the Live Chat function, 01234 988880 or [email protected]

All cancellation and refund requests should be submitted, acknowledged and accepted by the Graduation Attire suppliers by 17:00 on 17 April 2024. No refunds will be actioned after this date.
