Junior Lawyer Development Programme

The JLDP is designed to prepare junior lawyers for the real-life challenges of the working world – addressing individual training needs and skills gaps, as identified by firms or legal teams.

The JLDP training programme contains over 140 CPD modules to choose from (most lasting 1.5hrs) that can be tailored to suit junior lawyers, apprentices, paralegals or trainee solicitors.

Purchase a package of hours and pick and mix your preferred training topics to tailor the programme to suit you.

The modules are delivered online or face to face, and cover training in four key areas:

  • Technical Legal Knowledge
  • Core Legal Skills
