We offer a Meet and Greet service for new international students arriving at London Heathrow and Birmingham Airport before the start of term. Student ambassadors and someone from our international team will be at the airport to welcome you and help you to find the best transport for the final part of your journey.
How to register
The Meet and Greet will be running between 8:00 and 20:00 on Friday 11th September 2020 at Birmingham Airport (BXH) and Saturday 12th September 2020 at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) Terminal 2.
If you would like to register for our Meet and Greet Service, you must register for it in advance. To sign up please complete the booking form.

Can I still use the Meet and Greet service if I’m travelling at a different day or to a different airport?
If you are landing on another day or at another airport, you will need to make your own travel arrangements to your accommodation.

How will I find the Meet and Greet team when I arrive at London Heathrow Airport?
We will have a dedicated meeting point in the arrivals area of Heathrow Terminal 3. You can meet us there once you have cleared passport control and collected your luggage. Our team will be holding ULaw signs and wearing ULaw t-shirts.
If you arrive at another terminal you can use the free Heathrow transit service to make your way to the meeting point in Terminal 3. Please note we are unable to meet students at any other terminals.
How will I find the Meet and Greet team when I arrive at Birmingham Airport?
We will have a dedicated meeting point in the arrivals area of Birmingham Airport. You can meet us there once you have cleared passport control and collected your luggage. Our team will be holding ULaw signs and wearing ULaw t-shirts.
Is the Meet and Greet Service available on any other dates?
This service is only available on the dates listed above.
How can I contact the Meet and Greet team on the day?
When we send you the meeting instructions we will provide an emergency contact number that you can use on the day of your arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed or I arrive out of the hours provided?
Our team will be monitoring flight arrival times. If you miss your flight or are delayed before your departure, please get in touch with us using the emergency contact number which we will provide on the meeting instructions.
What should I do if I need to make changes to my booking?
Please inform us if there are any changes to your booking as soon as possible, by emailing us at email@example.com.
I have not registered for the Meet and Greet. Can I still use the service?
If you do not register for the Meet and Greet you can’t use the service.
