Elaine oversees the commercial, operational and administrative affairs of the Campus, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality student experience, promoting the University's mission and strategic ambitions and ensures a positive and inclusive campus environment for students, visitors and staff. Elaine has a wealth of commercial and operational expertise from higher education and private sectors, having managed operations at Burberry plc before holding a number of leadership roles at the University of Bradford.

In addition to providing guidance and support, they coordinate both university-wide and local campus events that foster a strong sense of belonging, support well-being and enhance student engagement.
