Please do not rely on the above information prior to the publication of the confirmed ceremony details for your campus. The University will not be liable for any costs incurred due to any changes or cancellations to travel, accommodation or external bookings.

Booking terms and conditions 

All Graduation bookings are made via our third-party graduation supplier’s booking portal. Below details some key information, dates and terminology.

Spring 2024

  • Booking portal opens: 12:00 on 15 March 2024.
  • Booking portal closes: 23:45 on 07 April 2024.
  • Booking portal opens for additional guest tickets (if available): 09:00 on 10 April 2024.
  • Booking portal closes for additional guest tickets (if available): 23:45 on 16 April 2024.
  • Booking portal closes for pre-order photography packages: 06 May 2024.

Please note:

  • Gowning and Graduand tickets will not be available to book after the deadline 23:45 on 07 April 2024.
  • 10% pre-order discount is automatically deducted from gowning and photography orders place between 15 March and 07 April.
  • Following the closure of Graduand and guest ticket sales on 07 April, the Graduation Team will review if additional guest tickets are available to purchase. These will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, are not guaranteed and cannot be reserved.

Spring 2024

Should you wish to cancel any or all of your bookings for tickets, hire of academic dress and/or Ceremony photography, please contact the Graduation Attire team via the live chat function, T: 01234 988880 or E: [email protected], no later than 17:00 (GMT) on 17 April 2024 (the “Refund Deadline”).

Any refund requests made after the Refund Deadline will be automatically rejected.
