Booking terms and conditions
All Graduation bookings are made via our third-party graduation supplier’s booking portal. Below details some key information, dates and terminology.
Booking portal deadlines
Autumn 2025
- Booking portal opens - 10 March 2026
- Booking portal closes - 31 March 2026

Refund deadline
Spring 2026
Should you wish to cancel any or all of your bookings for tickets, hire of academic dress and/or Ceremony photography, please contact the Graduation Attire team via the live chat function, T: 01234 988880 or E: [email protected], no later than the refund deadlines:
- Gowning refund deadline is 17:00 on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
- Guest ticket refund deadline is 17:00 on Monday 13 April 2026.
