Charlotte is a partner in the energy transition and infrastructure finance practice group. Her practice focuses on the energy transition space, particularly on first-of-a-kind financings and newer technologies used in the production, storage and delivery of green molecules (eg, battery storage, portfolios of onshore wind, oftos and nuclear). Alongside her client work, charlotte is passionate about growing the women's network across the infrastructure space and has played a key role in developing the firm's women in infrastructure programme, which organises events throughout the year. She joined HSF Kramer as a trainee in september 2014 and was promoted to the partnership in May 2025.
