What is your favourite module to teach and why?

Land Law and Real Estate, because I hated all things land as a student and now I absolutely love it!

If you could bring in one new piece of legislation, what would it be and why?

I would ban the use of weed killer/slug pellets/poisons that harm wildlife. I have taken too many poisoned hedgehogs to the local wildlife hospital.

What advice would you give to students about to start studying law?

Be prepared to work hard. Your time studying is not forever and you will never regret working hard to achieve your best and give yourself the best possible start to your career in law.

What has been your favourite memory or proudest moment during your time with us so far?

As a student with The University of Law, when I undertook my LPC, I was very proud of my results. As a Lecturer, I am always the proudest and happiest when I find out that one of my students who has worked hard (and sometimes overcome an obstacle/challenge) has done well in their assessments.
