Fees and Funding
Understanding your funding options is one of the most important steps before you start.
Find out what financial support you're eligible for, including student finance, scholarships and bursaries, and make sure you understand your payment deadlines before your course begins.
Apply for student finance (UK students only)
Apply early
Apply for student finance as soon as you've made us your firm choice, to help avoid delays in receiving your funding.
Receiving your maintenance loan
Maintenance loans aren't usually paid on the first day of term. We can only confirm your enrolment once your course begins, so it may take several days for your payment to arrive. We recommend budgeting for up to two weeks before your first instalment is received.
Student finance application process

Joining Instructions

Keep an eye on your inbox as your start date approaches, as we'll be in touch with a few important steps to help get you enrolled and ready to go. This includes:
- Completing your online enrolment form
- Uploading your ID
- Providing evidence of your eligibility to study with us
Completing these tasks will help make sure everything is in place for a smooth start.
Please note that access to online resources, including e-books and academic databases, will be available up to 30 days before your course start date.
Induction Week
Your first week is all about settling in.
During Induction Week you'll meet your lecturers, support teams and fellow students, explore your campus and get everything you need to start your studies with confidence.

Fees and Funding
Funding options
Some of our postgraduate programmes have a variety of funding options available. This includes loans and scholarships, which are offered to eligible students. More information on fees and funding, as well as our scholarships can be found on our website. Please be sure to check payment schedule options and dates carefully to ensure you have made the suitable arrangements for payment(s).
Pay your tuition fees
However you are planning on funding your studies, make sure you know how and when you will need to pay your tuition fees. Details on how to pay your fees and payment methods can be found on our website.

Joining Instructions

International Students
Whether you're joining us from overseas or already living in the UK, we're here to help you settle in with confidence.
Preparing early will make your journey much smoother, so take time to organise your visa (where needed), accommodation, travel and study documents before you arrive.
Immigration and Visas
If you require a Student Route visa in order to study with us, you must complete the CAS process with our UKVI Student Compliance department. You can begin this once you have accepted an unconditional offer and paid your deposit. We will then check whether you qualify for student visa sponsorship by referring to the Home Office regulations.
Please note that we cannot predict how long this CAS assessment will take, as it depends on several factors including your programme of study, immigration history and previous studies in the UK and your home country.
Deadlines associated with the process are available online. Please note that accepting an unconditional offer does not guarantee visa sponsorship. Do not commit to any accommodation, flight or other associated costs until you have a confirmed outcome to your visa application.
It is the responsibility of all students to ensure they have a visa covering the full duration of their programme. If your visa application is refused, please upload a copy of the refusal notice to CAS Shield. You can also contact [email protected] so they can advise you further.
