Virtual Twilight Lecture- How can managers maintain productivity in challenging times?- UG Degrees

Students will enhance their understanding of business management and human resources, and use theories of motivation from Hertzberg and Maslow to consider how to increase productivity and performance of teams in an organisation. Focus will be placed on keeping up with motivations of changing generations, and at times of increased change. These twilight lectures are aimed at year 12 and 13 students who are currently studying Business, and any students who may be interested in studying these areas at university in the future.
