In Conversation with Rachael Culverhouse-Wilson

Join us for an insightful session with Rachael Culverhouse-Wilson. Rachael has worked in health and social care regulation for 12 years and has worked for two other regulators including as Head of Legal. At the PSA, Rachael leads the initial stages of the review process that scrutinises their tribunal decisions about whether people on their registers are fit to practise and may appeal these decisions to court if they are insufficient to protect the public. She manages a team, advises on policy responses to consultations, delivers training to external stakeholders, and manages appeals, including to the High Court. Rachael also sits on the PSA’s decision-making panels. A The University of Law alumna, Rachael also holds a Masters of Law (LLM) degree in Public Law and Global Governance from King’s College London.
