Holly worked as a crown service adjudicator with the Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman (PHSO) for several years before pioneering its dispute resolution team - a free mediation service for healthcare disputants. She currently works for the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS), assisting landlords and tenants in the social housing sector. An accomplished mediation trainer, Holly has designed and delivered practical workshops on mediation techniques for colleagues across PHSO and regularly works with NHS bodies to train their staff. She has also collaborated with key healthcare and advocacy organisations to promote the effective use of mediation. Since its inception, Holly has worked with Phoenix Dispute Solutions Limited, delivering comprehensive mediation training to hundreds of participants across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
