Virtual Ethics and Ethical Leadership Business Case Study Workshop - Postgraduate Business

In the workshop, there will be a keynote talk about ethics and leadership, followed by a discussion about issues covered in the talk. The discussion is informed by a pre-distributed case study and short references to corporate behaviours that have been seen as unethical, or at least questionable: • What are ethics? What is being ethical? • What is ethical leadership? • How can ethical business decision making be established and built into strategies? • What constitutes ethical business behaviours? • What drives business decisions – what should drive business decisions?
