CheekyLittleCareers and The University of Law are delighted to be hosting a live fireside chat with Simone Ketchell, partner at CMS. Host Husnara Begum, associate editor at CheekyLittleCareers and ex-Linklaters corporate lawyer, will host the chat. Simone Ketchell is a partner in the Real Estate Disputes Group at CMS Sheffield. She advises leading property companies and investment funds on a wide variety of complex contentious property related matters. Simone has particular expertise in: development disputes, injunctions, rent reviews, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, enforcement of covenants in leases, forfeiture, interim and terminal dilapidations claims, contested lease renewals and contractual disputes. She was appointed to the Education Committee of the Property Litigation Association in 2011 and is a former Chair of the Committee.
