Family law legal aid cuts.
If you could bring in one new piece of legislation in your sector, what would it be and why?
Re-enactment of legal aid for family law, litigants in person are at a real disadvantage and do not have a fair trial as a result.
What advice would you give to someone starting the course you studied?
Enjoy and do your best - everything falls in place in the end.
How did your course prepare you for your career?
Family law module - very practical and hands on, studying and completing relevant application forms and considering practical case studies.
