Eligibility

To be eligible to take up your place on our MA Law you must possess an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) at 2:1 or above in any discipline.

For students who enrol on one of our online programmes with the Hong Kong Terms and Conditions, you must attend our Hong Kong campus for your assessments.

Please note that non-local students can only undertake our full-time courses. Part-time study is not permitted due to Hong Kong Immigration Department regulations.

The Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) offered by the HKSAR Government provides financial assistance in the form of loan(s) to eligible students to settle tuition fees of specific courses studied in Hong Kong, including our programme offered in Hong Kong. The ENLS operates on a full-cost recovery basis and a life-time loan limit is imposed on each student eligible for receiving loans under the ENLS. The life-time loan limit for 2019-20 is HK$372,700. As a reference, the ENLS interest rate as of 1 December 2019 was 1.106% per annum.
