Virtual Twilight Lecture- Has e-commerce destroyed the traditional company? - Undergraduate Degrees

These virtual lectures will be run live by our tutors. Students will enhance their learning in business and related topics, as well as their understanding of e-commerce and the importance of strategy in successful business marketing. We will use a case study company and, with practical examples, will consider the importance of e-commerce in a successful modern business, apply the PESTLE tool of market analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and a SWOT analysis. We will then devise a strategy and discuss Porter’s theory on product differentiation and consider the blue ocean strategy. These twilight lectures are aimed at year 12 and 13 students who are currently studying Business, and any students who may be interested in studying these areas at university in the future.
