Real World Lectures - Can you Sue if there is no Physical Harm? Virtual Event

If someone acts in a way that is negligent and that causes you harm, you would expect to be able to sue them for compensation. But, what happens if someone acts negligently and you suffer harm, but the harm you suffer is not physical but psychological? In this lecture, students will enhance their understanding of the general rules of tort law and the specific, sometimes controversial, rules relating to claims for pure psychiatric harm. These virtual lectures will be run live by our tutors and are aimed at students interested in Law.
