Real World Lecture: How do you Defend Reasonable Force?

Students will enhance their learning in Law topics including self-defence, reasonable force and malicious revenge. We will cover: what is self-defence and reasonable force; the subjective and objective tests; historic self-defence cases; can you defend your home from an intruder? Our Real World Lectures are aimed at students currently in years 12 and 13, to give greater depth to their current study and give an insight into studying at degree level. Students, parents/carers and teachers are all welcome.
