Barristers have been able to accept instructions direct from the public since 2004, and The University of Law was an accredited provider of Public Access for Barristers under the original training regime, training over 2,000 barristers and chambers' administrative staff. Public Access training under the previous regime came to an end on 4th October 2013. The University intends to apply for accreditation in due course for training under the new regime, and as soon as accreditation has been obtained we will announce courses and dates.
Our Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course offers training to those specialising in contentious probate and trusts who wish to become members of this specialist association.
This cost-effective training solution from College of Law Media can support the CPD requirements of barristers through a range of topic areas.
