The biggest complaint against lawyers

Kirsty Wilkins of The College of Law recently spoke to Adam Sampson, the Chief Legal Ombudsman, to discuss a recent report confirming that costs are the single biggest reason for client dissatisfaction with lawyers. Adam investigates complaints about solicitors made by members of the public. He receives around 80,000 to 90,000 complaints a year about solicitors, the majority of which are to do with costs.
